At the very beginning of the installation of windows 7, a dark screen with a cursor, how do I reinstall the system?

The system crashed, with the help of Live sd from Dr. Web I got all the necessary data, but no problem anywhere, the question arose with reinstalling the system, I use a bootable flash drive, I have already tried several versions of windows, everything is the same, in BIOS I put the boot from a bootable flash drive, its download starts, but the dialog box with the suggestion to continue the installation does not reach - a dark screen and a cursor in the middle, the system visited the second device, everything is ok, on the problematic laptop, before the system flew, I reinstalled the system more than once on my own ...
In live sd mode, the laptop works like necessary. If it is correct, we can conclude that there should be no physical damage (with a video card and others).
Please help.
All health and a good day!)

The bootable flash drive is written incorrectly, or the problematic distribution kit.
What was the flash drive made of?
Try using the Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool, which can be downloaded from the Microsoft website.
There may also be problems in incorrect BIOS configuration.
Also, have you checked the disk for errors? Maybe you have a trite disk crashed, and when you try to write, errors pop up.

If there are built-in diagnostic utilities, run the HDD and RAM check

Most likely, your disk fell down or the "hard disk controller" crashed (there was a similar case, it was useless to install new hard disks). Then it's better to get a new one (it will be cooler if you put yourself a solid state one) and not to bathe with the current hard drive, even if you try to block the bad sectors. In my experience as a former system administrator, it is useless, laptops were brought back. Therefore, in the future, I advise you to run the HDD status scan utility periodically. With a flash drive, everything is fine, since everything is fine on the second device. And you also need to accustom yourself to store data on external media. (not all data, but important) All the best to you too! :)
