The computer is stable. But sometimes when you turn it on, a black screen is lit with the inscription "Error: no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed". The same inscription may not unexpectedly appear while working in Windows 8.1. Why is this happening? How to fix? The computer works as usual and Windows starts up.

boot from LiveCD and check disk for failures
change battery and check BIOS settings
