Astronomy

Hello!

Hello, I'm interested in astronomy the other day! Namely, its computing side.
I want to start, for example, from the moon and write an algorithm for its location. Can you suggest some literature?
About and programs on the Moon under the iPad only to be in Russian ... - to compare the data.

Protko @Fesor

The height of the orbit is known, the speed (rotation and time of a complete revolution in the orbit) is the same ... Actually, everything is there to determine the position in time. From the literature, perhaps the article on Wikipedia and related links will suffice.

General concepts , from which it becomes clear that not everything is so simple.
www.astronomy.ru/forum/index.php?topic=1515.0 is the right forum on the topic. There are a number of useful links; since the topic is old, not all links are valid, unfortunately. But at least orient by the names.
There is also something useful here: www.astronet.ru/db/msg/1178709/node11.html , and here: a detailed textbook "Spherical Astronomy"
