Asterisk not listening on port?

Good time, reinstalled Asterisk.

It starts, works, but the phone stopped connecting.
I looked at the ports, I see the port no longer listens on UDP (standard 5060)
For some reason, I began to listen on TCP port 2000, some kind of tcp / cisco-sccp is there now, but clients also do not connect to it.

What happened, how to make it work on the standard port as it always did?

It looks like the sip module is not loaded. Try in console
CLI> module load chan_sip.so
