Asterisk is not registering the phone. Why?

Created two virtual machines in VmWare workstation. One is running Centos 7, the other is running Windows 10. They are networked. I configured Asterisk 16 on Centos. I installed 3CX phone in Windows. I'm trying to register. 3CX writes not connected. I look at the Asterisk logs - there are no hints of registration. Enabled debug on phone ip - still nothing.
I looked at the traffic using sngrep - there is a request for registration from the phone, there is no answer from Asterisk. Ports in iptables are open. netstat shows that tcp port 5060 is looking at the asterisk.
The asterisk is put for the test - on 2 numbers without a trunk. What could be the reason?
