I have been using the YouMagic service for a long time, I pay 100 rubles per month for a dedicated city number (subscriber) and a little for forwarding calls to my mobile. I decided to add a greeting before replying to the client, but Magic doesn't have such a function.
Please tell me some cheap service that provides city numbers with the ability to set a greeting before calling.

Not the cheapest, but Mango Telecom (mango.ru) definitely has it.
