Asterisk and OpenVox. DTMF not working during hello?

There is a sheaf of Asterisk and gms of the Openvox gateway. Set up IVR in Aster
exten => s,1,Answer()
exten => s,2,Playback(Monte)
exten => s,3,WaitExten(7)
exten => 1,1,Dial(SIP/100&SIP/101 ,mtT)
The problem is that when playing a greeting, pressing button 1 does not translate. After the greeting is over, the translation works fine. In the sip settings, relaxdtmf=yes is set.
What could be the problem?

Solved the problem as follows:
Demolished everything, installed Centos 6.7 and Asterisk 11. Replaced Playback with backgroung and it all worked. The glitch was most likely in version 12 of Asterisk
