Ask a question to the Yandex support service, where is the form for writing your questions?

Previously, somehow I managed to find a link in their help service to ask my question to the support service, now I can’t find it for more than 40 minutes, even the Yandex search sends me to the bottom of the service page and there should be a link leading to the form, and it leads me again to the same answer and this whirlwind is already blowing up the brain, Yandex needs to rework it

At the bottom of the page with search results is the link "Feedback", and in it the last item "Suggestions and wishes".
(Each service has its own feedback form, located in different places)
