Flash & SEO

How are flash sites indexed now? Is it possible to get into the top 20 results with such a site? Or do you need to come up with hacks (what?) For a flush?
Googling showed that the flash is still indexed, but somehow terrible.

It is better not to make the site completely in flash, but to do it with flash elements.
And it’s even better to make a site with jacquery or other frameworks, or make it on html5 - it looks beautiful and is indexed perfectly.
Flash cannot be viewed on an iPhone and iPad, it is heavy, you must have a flash player, a lot of minuses, in a word.

Flash websites are not indexed. You will probably get into the top 20 only by the request “Company name”, and even then it’s not a fact if the name is popular

You can get there, but not through content, but through link mass. In addition, you can always make a hidden block with text (search engines will not consider this as cloaking). The problem is that the promotion of such a site will cost at least 50 times more than the promotion of a normal site.
