Artifacts and system crash after launch?

Laptop, Acer Extensa 2511-g
I sat watching the series on my favorite HDD, at some point the whole screen went artifacts, but after a minute it stopped. A few hours later, the screen was covered with artifacts again, but this is the final one. After rebooting the system, everything was immediately in artifacts.
I logically assumed that the video core was covered. I started Windows 10 PE calmly and for half an hour played video in 2k without any problems, after that I tried to reinstall the system, thinking that the problem was in it.
I reinstalled, downloaded the browser, the archiver, updated the drivers and the same story began ...
I thought about viruses on the neighboring HDD, but it’s right xs
RAM is in order, I checked it in MemTest, the SSD is also intact.
I'm tired, I don't know what to do, help me save money on service centers. Sorry for the long read of incomprehensible actions, ask.

Most likely your video card has failed.
Why does everything work without problems in WinPE? The fact is that WinPE does not have drivers for the video card and in this mode the video is output from the card integrated into the processor.
Recommendations:
1. Try different versions of the drivers for your video card (it is unlikely that it will help)
2. Disable the video card in BIOS (if possible) or do not install drivers for it and use the laptop for simple things - watching videos / office applications / Internet
3. T. to. in your laptop model, the video card is discrete, which means that it can be replaced as a separate board, try to find a similar one, or contact a service center.
PS And just in case, check the temperature from all sensors, but this is hardly the problem.
