Are we violating the law "On personal data"?
Today I read an article on the CPU "On Personal Data" ps.siliconrus.com/problem/8931 I quote
:
"The question provides an example of a service that collects email addresses from its users. Note that an email address (especially , opened in a public mail service) is not personal data. The same opinion is shared by Roskomnadzor, who recently published a commentary on the Law on Personal Data. We quote: “one of the data that cannot be considered, at least separately from each other in as personal, can be attributed: last name, first name, patronymic, residential address, email address, telephone number, date of birth "[1]."
In our case, the project is located on a foreign server. From the data we collect full name, date of birth, mail, city of residence.
Do we fall under the law "On Personal Data" or can we not worry?

Full name, date of birth, mail, city of residence - do you consider separately? IMHO you get it.
You fall under the law, as the data is not considered separately, but jointly. This means that email addresses are personal data.
