What is a Sample CA 2 certificate?

5a37615415874205109792.jpegA couple of days already I have been receiving an incomprehensible certificate, which the built-in Yandex browser service swears at.
Everything would be fine, but I get it from a bunch of services, and its purpose is not clear to me.
Because I know little about these matters, I want to ask you for help:
- how to deal with such things?
- Is it a security risk?
- do you have such a problem?
- could it be a virus?

RB? Have you started the practice of "state certificate"? Very similar to this.
1. Most likely you will have to put up with it. Click "Details" and see what the certificate is. This is very similar to bumping, and very clumsy. That is, someone issues certificates for all the listed sites, and the browser trusts him because this someone is on the trusted list.
This is what the toaster's certificate looks like:
2. If that's what I'm guessing (and there is every reason to) - it's not just threatening - it nullifies it for the hell of it. Well, in relation to the publisher of Sample 2
3. No
4. If that's what I'm guessing, then this virus is called either "provider" or "state"
In short: Either the provider or the state installed a root certificate, absurdly named Sample 2.fake certificates of all given sites. What for? This is how it looks at the SSL connection. In a corporate environment, this is standard practice already. That is, all your data transmitted over this connection is visible to the publisher of Sample 2. Why? And with the help of this simple trick, he intercepted the initial connection key and now he can decrypt it :)
