On the Internet, there are photos of transparent e-ink displays that are attached to windows. Has anyone seen this for sale?

This is most likely not E-INK, but ordinary LCDs.

It seems to me that such E-inks cannot technically exist. How e-ink works: There are two colors of powder in the cell - white and black. The controller simply moves them around in the cell - i.e. top or black powder. or white. Accordingly, there is no transparency state at all. LCD is for you.

It's not e-ink, it's LCD. They are initially transparent.
In everyday life, it is inconvenient to use such, I have such a watch / thermometer, you can’t see shit.
