Are there USB-C hubs for sale (meaning with type-c OUTPUTS, not input)?

I went to Ali, but the best thing you can find is one type-c output, and all other outputs are type-a.
The usb version is not important, even 3.0 will do. A power adapter is highly desirable, but if the price is low, you can do without it.
Why do you want type-c outputs - because turning type-c into type-a is a question of 40 rubles, but turning type-a into type-c will never work (unless, of course, you don’t mind having a chance to ruin the hub, or maybe entire laptop or computer). Accordingly, having type-c outputs, I can connect both new and old devices to them, and having type-a only old ones, which is inconvenient. Why do I need a hub to which I can connect only part of the devices.

Quick googling gave this result (there are already two USB-C outputs, except for USB-A):
https://www.amazon.com/ICZI-Transfer-Splitter-Adap...
But I won’t say about the quality, although the reviews are positive (but this is not an indicator, because with these new USB-C there are a lot of technical nuances that only engineers like Benny Leung understand, and the rest stupidly give 5 stars if the equipment does not smoke immediately after connection).

No, and it’s unlikely to appear (soon):
1. Nobody needs what for
2. Expensive if you use all the pluses of type-c, and without this item 1
