Are there universal USB dongles for wireless mice?
Since recently, when connecting the complete Genius dongle, the system endlessly only plays the sound characterizing the removal of the USB device, no error messages pop up, the mouse does not work. Is it possible to replace this device with a universal one, i.e. for all models? Thank you!

Universal - this is a bluetooth mouse and a bluetooth adapter (if it is not sewn into the computer).
For all models - this is unlikely - different communication channels. Some device operates in the Bluetooth range, some - in a separate part of the spectrum. But it’s still worth starting with Bluetooth, especially since they are not expensive.
Logitech releases mice and keyboards with the Logitech Unifying Dongle, a unified receiver.
I didn’t specifically look for it, but they say this dongle is sold separately.
Or you can buy the cheapest mouse to "save" a cool mouse that has a dead/lost dongle.
