Are there "time trackers" to track the work of employees not at computers?

Greetings.
I tried to find applications for tracking the working time of employees (calendar, absenteeism, being late) with different notes, but I did not find anything sensible. If an employee does not work at a computer (they build houses, harvest crops), then what software would you recommend?

Here, obviously, you need to hang trackers on a person, measure indicators such as heart rate, pressure, brain activity in a state when he is working, and when he is not working, if the indicators drop below the working ones, then first you should warn, and then apply increasing current discharges, up to until a person realizes that he is at work, and not on the couch at home.

I would advise you to reconsider the approach to evaluating the results of work. Do you pay for time at work or do you pay for results?

manual stopwatch.

houses are built, crops are harvested

calculate the time limit, and set deadlines based on it.
Cracked time does not guarantee the effective use of this time

At construction sites (and similar facilities), through cameras ... they train a neuron to identify who smokes, who stands "hands on hips", who is without a helmet and safety belts ... This is for trading floors (it is definitely installed in large chain stores), for workshops ... it is possible to come up with something similar for athletes ...
And for specialists in creative professions - only implant a brain activity tracker ... And it will not be clear from it what the employee is thinking about: under a production task or who to borrow three rubles for a bottle...
