Let's say I'm quite (and even overly) satisfied with the functionality of Google Analytics, but I'm not satisfied with its interface.
Are there any solutions (maybe services, maybe standalone) that connect to the GA API as a front and draw reports in a different design?

I don’t know any ready-made solutions, apparently because no one is interested in redrawing the same reports just in a different design. But you can make a report for yourself and in a different design.
For this, solutions from Supermetrics and Embed API from Google are suitable, for example, to which Chart.js
can be attached. Well, you can also upload data via API to R , Excel or Power BI and build reports there.
And, well, there is also Google Data Studio - it is not officially available in Russia (you can’t build reports - just look at the finished ones), but you can use it through a proxy or vpn.
