Are there switches with both 802.3af/at and passive poe outputs at the same time?

I asked myself a question here, and I can’t find an answer - are there such switches in nature that can both 802.3af / at and passive poe at the same time (with the ability to programmatically change the type on the port, or, for example, with part of the ports with one standard and part with another) ? If there are such, tell me the models please.

There was a similar issue. They took 802.3af / at switches, and for passive poe they used PoE Ubiquiti INS-8023AF-O.
Here is such a device that can simultaneously 802.3af / at and passive poe

Ubiquiti EdgeSwitch 24 250W is working on site. Half of the ports feed the call panels (passive po 24v), the other half are sip phones (802.3af / at 48v). The port is configured in the webcam.
