Good afternoon.
1. I bought a couple of boards on the stm32f103c8t6 chip. I want to completely get off the Arduino dependency. I tried blinking LEDs, turning relays on/off, I can't find normal examples of connecting sensors / LCD / PWM / screens, etc. Give pliz who knows a normal resource where everything is explained on the shelves. In the examples further than flashing lights, I did not find anything sensible. I don't speak English

To completely get off the arduino addiction, start studying electronics, and only then take up the arm.
There are very few examples on arm, you need to do everything yourself, reading the datasheet, which is only in English.
