Are there STM32 boards paired with the Arduio IDE?

Are there any such STM32 boards that are the same form factor as the Arduino UNO or Arduino Mega 2560 that you can write to in the Arduino IDE? The task is such that it is necessary to replace the weak Arduino controller (atmega328) with a sufficiently powerful STM'em one, while not rewriting libraries and not changing peripheral modules (NFC Shield). How realistic is this task?

There is a Maple project, but it is abandoned, and drivers without a tambourine are not installed under Win7 x64.
