Are there solutions (proxy/applications) that do web authorization instead of the user?

The situation is this: there is one login and password for a certain site. It is necessary to ensure that those in the local network can visit the site by logging in with the above-mentioned login and password, but without entering or knowing the login password. Maybe I twisted it a little, in short, I want to find a program that would itself, without user intervention, pass authorization on the site, and give users the content they requested.
