Are there sites for communication of novice programmers, or something similar?

Hello everyone again.
In general, I was depressed for some reason and there is not enough communication on the profile or something.
Is there any site where people talk about the web, design and so on.
I mean not dull communication with an hour-long wait for an answer)
But more active.
I don’t know if there are any groups in the raid call or somewhere else, in the telegram.
You just don't know who to talk to. You do something, share something, listen to people, communicate.
Wife is not an option. She doesn’t like it when I ask her to evaluate the work there. Or he doesn’t understand when
I do something for a long time or understand something, and then I figured it out and I’m wildly happy about it)))
In general, according to the subject.
Are there any active services or groups where people directly communicate on the subject of the web, programming, design?
And if not, then I wonder why)
I'm sure I'm not the only one)

The times of chats, in which everyone sat, are mostly gone, and although irc has not died, there are mostly nostalgia there.
Young people sit in groups in VK.
Advanced young people do not waste time on chats, but read the docks, toaster, stackoverflow and others.
I don't even know who is sitting interactively.

There is a real movement on the topic here: slack-ru.hexlet.io
Already almost 4000 developers and sympathizers hang out here.

In my opinion, chats only kill time basically, I never liked to talk either in the office, or even more so in the chat, but on the topic, try slack

Yes, most of the forums are for communication of novice programmers.
You will not find answers to any difficult questions.
But simple ones are answered quickly.
Try cyberforum from Russian speakers.
But the English-speaking ones are much more operational - there are an order of magnitude more people.

https://python-ru.slack.com - a good place, different topics, competent participants.
In the telegram, he was subscribed to the channel - but everything is one tape plus a lot of inadequate. Although there was no need to complain about the activity :-)
