Are there services to improve the efficiency of composers/producers?
Perhaps the emergence of this question is based on laziness and unwillingness (or ignorance of how) to disperse one's own memory and attentiveness, but, nevertheless, the question does not want to be removed on its own and is waiting for an answer.
There are services for streamlining all sorts of business ideas, project management, etc. Everything is so pretty: designer-polished landing pages very briefly and succinctly promise performance gains, flexibility, and everything that is still fashionable to talk about in serious business.
The idea of a musical composition can appear suddenly and, most often, at the wrong time, in the wrong place, when there is no musical instrument at hand. Then you understand that the ability to keep in mind all the tracks, all regions of the composition; and then get to the DAW and easily reproduce what was planned - this is the genius that is sorely lacking.
So, the question is: are there any services that can help memorize the idea of a musical composition that came at the wrong time?

Yes, Shaya is called for efficiency and motivation. Here's a preview: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXsQAXx_ao0
In general, you don't need to scatter words like "genius" :) You need to learn basic musical literacy and structure a number of sound design techniques in your head in order to make a text note on your phone with a description of the design and development and record some midi tracks in some program like Perfect Piano. And it is necessary to develop musical memory, of course.
If you have an idea, then write it down.
If this is a musical theme, then either write down with notes - what the composer should be able to do - mentally hearing the melody, write down the notes (the skill develops - the key word is solfeggio), or sing / whistle and record on the recorder. Probably there are services where you can attach a voice note. And in what notes it is convenient to type - this is by the way a question. If you find an application for a tablet - to poke at the screen and get notes - share it. On my computer, I use the oldest Midisoft Studio4 on a virtual WinXP x32, I tried a bunch of other music software - everything turned out to be not so convenient.
If you use Android, then try FL studio mobile (I downloaded the old version from rutracker) and Walk band (available for free in the market). Perhaps you will be comfortable.
Although I eventually played around and fell back to the option "sing / whistle and record on the recorder"
