Are there services / scripts for regular testing of the functionality of forms on the site?

There are several sites on different cms (joomla, wp), with different forms: feedback, ordering goods, ordering a call; implemented by different means (chronoforms, contact form 7, Google Forms, self-written). Sometimes certain forms fail: users try to submit them, but they are not submitted. And resource owners do not know about it. Since the projects are small and many forms are filled in infrequently, their failure is not immediately noticeable.
The reasons are also different: hosting change, cms or plugin update, password change on the mailbox if it is linked via smtp, etc.
There are many solutions to regularly check the site's performance - the same uptimerobot can check every 5 minutes.
But I don’t know the solutions for checking that the form works, and I didn’t find it in Google.
I would like a third-party script, say, once a day, to come in, submit the form, and then check if the letter has arrived in the mailbox. And if it didn’t come, he would scream wildly and heart-rendingly about it.
Does it happen?

I usually use the services of spambots - reliable and free. If not a single one arrives in a day, I climb to look at the logs. It was serious :) but in general, it's better to set up monitoring of send logs.

Set your i-metrics goal to submit forms and look at the graph while drinking cognac.
A clear decline in the graph will indicate your case.
Well, it's banal!
