Are there services for accounting for the lending of books in a small library?

We have a lot of art books that we want to make a free library in our gallery.
To keep at least some accounting, we need a service or software.
I need functionality:

• Creating a book catalog
  
• Creating a link to a book and linking a QR code to each book
  
• The ability to "take" a book by link (via a QR code), with authorization through a social network, so that we understand who exactly takes the book, and that it is transparent and simple.
  

Books will be taken by people unknown to us, and all we need from them is the profile data of one of the social networks in order to understand who took the book.
In principle, my hands are itching to write this myself, but suddenly a service or software with the functionality I need already exists.
