I'm looking for something similar to placehold.it , only for my locale.
So that you can also set the size and / or text on the picture.
On an industrial scale is not required, even the interface is not important.
I found it in python, but I can’t raise it %)
So is there such garbage in PHP?

Why don't you like placehold? Why host yourself if it's already ready.
Moreover, you cannot write / google / install the script yourself
