Are there retina monitors for Windows?

I want to buy a monitor for my retina system (oc windows), but I can't find it anywhere. Doesn't it exist yet?

Retina is the marketing name for displays in apple products.
It is logical that you need to look for them. https://www.apple.com/ru/displays/
You just need a dvi>displayport or hdmi>displayport adapter. The video card must also support resolution: 2560 x 1440 pixels. By the way, this screen does not have a retina name, but has a resolution similar to Apple's retina screens.

As an option to buy a Crossover monitor, the matrix in them seems to be the same as in Apple monitors. I myself am the owner of the CROSSOVER 2730MD, I did not notice any complaints except for a flimsy stand (it is treated by mounting it on the wall).

But I’m wondering if monitors on E-link ink appeared, they don’t get tired of their eyes at all, you can stare at least as much in them
