Is there a ready-made script for such an input field, which is used in VK? With support for pasting images from the clipboard, entering emoji and the like.

Completely the same is far from a fact, but I think you can find it for different frameworks and similar components.

https://github.com/DCzajkowski/vue-emoji-picker is not exactly the same, but I think you will quickly finish it for yourself

You take a div, set the style and event handling, return template in the handler. To write yourself half an hour of time, but it will work as you expect.
