Are there ready-made JS libraries for blocking ads in CEF?

Since it is not possible to embed existing ad blocking extensions into CEF, I wanted to know if anyone has seen ready-made solutions or an implementation of AdBlock or something similar to JS (without using the browser extensions API).
Roughly speaking, JS which, if executed before \ after loading the page, will successfully block all ads on the page.
