Are there RAID 1 flash drives?
Some users far from computers (my and your parents for example) store everything on a flash drive. Teaching them how to use the clouds is very difficult, especially if they don't have a computer.
So I thought if there are such "reliable" flash drives that implement RAID 1 (mirror) inside themselves, so that if one chip fails, you can still count from the second one.
Just a flash drive for them is the simplest "interface".

Raid flash drives do not exist, because. they weren't designed for that in the first place.
After reading the comments above, I can recommend looking for a NAS with backup support for flash drives, WD, QNAP, etc. have such functions in many models - you insert a flash drive, press one button and it is copied to the NAS, and it has at least RAID5 inside - what a soul and a wallet wishes. From it you can then pull yourself through the Internet, as well as watch on a TV set / tablet via DLNA, while clearing the flash drive for a new batch of photos.
set up automatic backup of a flash drive when connected to a computer.
in a flash drive, the controller often dies first (due to static or something like that), but you can’t
backup it.
I can tell by that small bunch of flash drives and microsd that lies at work. at all there is no answer or greetings from the controller.
If I understand the question and the comments on the other answers correctly, then you need something like this .
Googled for "usb flash backup device".
Here is something else similar https://www.kingston.com/ru/wireless/wireless_read...
It seems that devices like WD My Book were able to automatically backup data when connecting flash drives, but we could not quickly find confirmation.
