Are there other payment agents known to you besides b2cpl and best2pay that offer online payments on the supplier's website?

interested in organizations working on the principle:
buyer (client) -> paying agent -> supplier (money)
buyer (client) <-- paying agent -> FTS (check)
buyer (client) <- transport company <- supplier (goods)
formally the scheme is legal and logical.
My deep conviction is that the check for the money received should be
given to the person by the one who accepts payment from him, if the RNKO cannot by law or do not want
to transfer it to the client for the supplier and the payment agents will do this in the tax check, we can do without RNKO.
Although, logically, the transfer of a check to a client is precisely the function of the RNKO.
When examining the issue, it turned out that the supplier in this scheme will need to open a special bank account to which the agent will transfer funds minus the agency fee. According to the assurances of banks, opening such an account is free.
