Are there normal DNS for ad blocking?

I tried AdGuard DNS, but it doesn't pass even a simple test:
nslookup an.yandex.ru 176.103.130.130
It gives the real ip of Yandex Direct instead of a stub.

I use skydns, I can’t say anything bad, there is a free tariff, there is for money. Paid for the home is not expensive, the quality suits me, you can add your own domains to the filter. Well, there is a choice of categories for filtering.
