We need a designer who either does not have a portfolio, but knows FSH well and has already done something, or those who have a frail portfolio. The fact is that we are looking for a designer who is really interested in this work and who is ready to develop, and not stupidly redraw ready-made sites. We will pass on our work experience that has accumulated from the past designer and we will either give orders right away or a sensible TOR for training - it depends on what you already have.
