Are there NAS capable of both network and USB?

I want a NAS (the simpler the better) that can be accessed via ethernet and as a regular usb drive at the same time. To connect it to a TV that can read flash drives / hard drives and upload data over the network without having to switch operating modes and cables.
That is: uploaded a file over the network - the TV already sees it.
Googled - didn't find it. Do such exist?
