I know there is, but I can't google it. What are their names? I want to save logs from the application not to files, but to send them somewhere so that they are collected, monitored, filtered and you can search for them. Where to find it?

Another option: Sentry .
You can either use SaaS or install it on your server, there are clients for many popular languages and frameworks.
