Where can a commercial solution go from text logs?

Logs are written to text files, ordinary logs grow by gigabytes in hours, debug logs in a minute or two.
Where from it it is possible to dump to the commercial decision? Maybe there is some open source to look at?

The text is pressed well, but for a long time, unpacking and searching through the logs is another performance.
Therefore, the search criterion is:
- capacious storage
- the ability to at least view the contents of winrar logs, not to mention some kind of post-process analytics, filtering, categorization, and so on.
