Supervisord, how to generate an event on error?

As I understood from the documentation, the supervisor can trigger an event if the output contains text like:

<!--XSUPERVISOR:BEGIN-->Hello!<!--XSUPERVISOR:END-->

Is there a way to make it generate an event if it prints "PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of" to the console, and so on.
