Where can I see the log in the WEB interface of the Yealink phone, which displays requests through the Action URI?
And what is especially interesting is what IP address they came from.

At night, one phone made international calls, since the provider noticed in time.
My suspicion is that one of the network computers is infected with some kind of crap, through which the calls were made.

Usually the web interface is sparse. If there is Telnet on it, you can try to find it. To prevent this from happening, the network is divided into VLANs.
