At the moment, there is Grandstream UCM6104 - in principle, what you need, but you want fewer ports (1fxo + 1fxs is enough) and smaller sizes, and of course the price is less (in the region of $100-150)
As an option, I came across such a thing - Dinstar UC100. Who knows what you say?
Can you advise something?

Dinstar UC100 costs, sort of, around 30 thousand. Somewhat goes beyond 100-150 dollars.
If you are interested to dig deeper - Raspberry Pi + Asterisk + Gateway (the same SPA3102).
150 dollars should be kept within. And if you also find a BU gateway, it's even cheaper.
