Actually, I can’t find the right one for the Tele2 direction (Kaliningrad and the region), the sipnet has almost 3 rubles, it doesn’t suit me, and in general, offer the most profitable way for calls, not necessarily SIP.

PS There is no Tele2 in my region, so it is immediately excluded.
