Are there literature/resources on decentralized networks/applications?

I have only seen a couple of books about building applications on top of the blockchain, but I have not seen anything intelligible about DHT, about other concepts (if they exist at all). I just can not find anything intelligible on this topic, especially in Russian.
It is also not entirely clear whether there are resources on the topic of decentralized networks.

In terms of cryptocurrencies and blockchain, you can see relevant articles here , and for general concepts, I recommend google for grids and loosely connected clusters. By the way, there are open source systems for building grids, so you can even play around on your own, rotate on virtual machines.
