How to write a search engine among torrents?

I came across the btdigg service, I had an idea to create something similar.
Googled a lot and found that this torrent finder is using the dht network or something like that. There is also a serais playble.ru but it is limited and there are signs of wordpress being used.
Please tell me, in which direction to dig at least and how to search for torrent distributions ...? Maybe there are ready-made plugins for wordpress?

First you need to read horror stories about fines of hundreds of millions and sentences of decades for copyright infringement.
Then you need to google according to the words DHT crawler - I didn’t install it myself, my hands didn’t reach
Out of the box dht crawler is in the vuze client wiki.vuze.com/w/Swarm_Discoveries works between its users, I stuffed a base of 200k, though it flew off if I had the settings in advance don’t set it to the maximum
The fact that the site on WordPress doesn’t really mean anything, it may just be the conclusion of what a third-party program has collected.
