Certificates were issued normally, with the command:
sudo site mysite.ru -ssl=on

And now it gave out something like make sure that the domain is with www and without www have the same IP address and blah blah blah, although nothing has changed ..

Well, I mean, maybe not so often?
Are there any limits?

Depending on what kind of certificates, the team does not say anything. If some lets encrypt, then there 5 per week can be released for one domain.

Certificates are not issued like that :) This is some kind of wrapper that starts up, which does something. So see what he does, where he goes and if there are any restrictions.
