Are there landing page testing services?

To conduct an advertising campaign, I created a landing page.
It seemed to me that according to all the rules and canons that have been described more than once on Habré.
But, as they say, it didn't work out.
Probably partly, I messed up myself, partly the reviews and recommendations given describe the foreign market more.
Since the topic is quite “tough” with high rates, I want to bring the conversion to at least 50%.
In this regard, the question is: Are there services / communities that specialize in testing landing pages.
Really need advice.

Specifically, on your page, I can say that instead of a girl with a folder, I would put a geek or a hipster with a keyboard.
- The first impression is that it is not clear what kind of site I got on and what kind of "quality service" they offer me.
- There is no indication of a guarantee of work.
- There is no motivation to fill out the form (material gift, service as a gift, discount).
- Balloons in reviews are crooked.
- At the bottom of the page, the application form is not duplicated, or at least the button that calls the pop-up form.
- The benefits are not described in an understandable way - no one will read this "let's say you have 20 employees ..."
- Your page must be READ. Preferably in full. And this is sad, because it deprives it of the main feature of landing pages - the “wow effect”, which should not let a person go until the very moment the application is filled out.

There is also such a project - unbounce.com, I did not use it myself. But the landing page blog is very powerful.
