Are there job exchanges for hardware freelancers?

It's no secret that there are a huge number of exchanges for IT professionals, but I have a lot of experience in the development of electronic devices based on microcontrollers and would not like to start everything in another area almost from scratch. Due to the falling demand for such services in Russia, I want to try my hand at the global market. I would be very grateful if someone could tell me if there are sites similar to oDesk, but with support for projects in the field of Hardware development.
