Are there internal RJ45 FF sockets?

I want something strange...
I'm looking for an option to make a beautifully passthrough socket for rj45. That is, a patch cord comes into the outlet and a second one comes out of it. In fact, you need something like a regular adapter , but adapted for installation on a wall / table top.
So far, the only option is to take any wall socket with keystone modules and switch the modules themselves inside 1-to-1. But ideally, I would like the first fork to come not from the front side, but from the inside.
You need this to install the socket in the countertop. The table(s) can move around and I don't want to switch tightly to the keystone.
Of course, the keystone option remains to run a regular cable ending in rj45 (male) and switch again, but then you get a tabletop with additional non-removable snot.

@plin2s

I saw such patch panels from Rit, take a look at their catalog, maybe there is just such a module for sockets.
