Why doesn't Netwatch work in Mikrotik?

Hello. I have rules in Netwatch not executing scripts. I need that if there is no ping before 8.8.8.8, then a script would be executed with sending sms to me and enabling some rules in the firewall. So when the Internet disappears, Down is written in the state, but the scripts in the down tab are not executed, and if they are written in the terminal, they are executed. What the heck? By the way, there is one more rule in Netwatch, it works as it should, but this one does not want to. Help with advice, please)
