There are few such products, because the end platform is regarded solely as a means of consuming content, not creating. Therefore, there is not much such software.

I don't know where it's more complete. Or are you talking about the IDE on the Android devices themselves? They exist, but are of poor quality. Why? Yes, because typing a code or slapping on such devices (tablets / phones) is quite problematic.
