Unfortunately, this year it had to be closed, since I no longer have a server.
However, I would return to this hobby, but I can not find a new free server with no time limit.
Have you seen free VDS or VPS? Or, for example, their own, but with payment only for ip?
PS Amazon and paid options, even very good ones, can be omitted - this is not what I'm looking for.

If at some point in time a certain product is free for you , then this does not mean at all that it is generally free for everyone.
Here we take a much simpler example - samplers with toothpaste are distributed free of charge on the street (these tubes are 12-15 grams each). Everyone who gets them gets them for free . But does this mean that no one paid anyone for them? For the production of pasta, packaging, promoters for distribution?

There are restrictions there - for example, at one time a certain company distributed quite fast free VPS / VDS, but in order to avoid fraud, they were distributed only for projects of a certain type and for passport data (so that it was impossible to get a double).
