Are there entity-relationship games with rules like chemical reactions?

Hello!
Does anyone know the names and whether there are games like the following idea?
Text game on the principle of "entity-relationship" (enitiy-relation). Players can add any entities to the system, for example from a game about a farm: grass, cow, water, milk, fertilizer. Further, for the entities, the players create connections or rules according to which they are transformed, like chemical reactions: “inside the cow: grass + water = milk + fertilizer”. And then actions are performed according to these rules, like clicks in a game about a farm, as a result of which the player has an increase in the number of certain entities, for example, there is more milk and fertilizer, as well as money from their sale.
In the future, the rules may become more complicated, for example:
"inside a cow: grass + water = milk + fertilizer" becomes
"inside a cow's mouth: grass + water = food", then
"moving food from a cow's mouth into a cow's stomach", then
"inside a cow's stomach: food = nutrients", then
"inside the cow: nutrients = milk + fertilizer".
The point is that these actions could be further automated in the form of a script, repeating after the player, combining and executing the transformation rules, which include the entities that the player has. This script is created by the player, uploaded to the server and rotated there in stages, periodically returning the values of the received target parameters - the number of entities and money.
It may be interesting for a player to analyze the rules execution logs on the server or, in the future, animate them in 3D. You can also collectively create and moderate rules, controlling their complication and detail.
